TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions
- 1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of vehicles provided by Tatjana Kosanović PR Rent a Car Time2Drive Beograd (Novi Beograd), registered at Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 205, 11070 Novi Beograd, Serbia.
- 1.2. By renting a vehicle from Time2Drive, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- 1.3. The rental agreement is subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia.
2. Rental Eligibility and Requirements
- 2.1. The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of two (2) years.
- 2.2. International renters must provide a valid passport and, if required, an International Driving Permit (IDP).
- 2.3. The renter must provide a valid identification document (ID or passport) and a credit card for deposit purposes.
3. Rental Period and Extensions
- 3.1. The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
- 3.2. Late returns exceeding one (1) hour will be charged an additional rental day.
- 3.3. The renter may request an extension of the rental period, subject to availability and approval by Time2Drive.
4. Vehicle Condition and Usage
- 4.1. The renter acknowledges that the vehicle is provided in good condition and must be returned in the same condition, considering normal wear and tear.

4.2. The vehicle must not be used for:
- Any illegal activities or transporting prohibited goods.- Racing, off-road driving, or towing another vehicle.- Subleasing to third parties. - 4.3. The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the rental period.
5. Fuel Policy
- 5.1. Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
- 5.2. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel at the current market rate, plus a service fee.
6. Insurance and Liability
- 6.1. All rental vehicles include mandatory liability insurance as per Serbian law.
- 6.2. The renter may opt for additional insurance coverage (CDW, TP, etc.) to reduce liability for damage or theft.
- 6.3. In case of an accident, theft, or damage, the renter must: - Notify Time2Drive and local authorities (police) immediately.- Complete a police report and provide all necessary documentation.
- 6.4. Failure to report an incident or provide necessary documentation may result in full financial liability for the renter.
7. Deposit and Payment
- 7.1. A security deposit is required at the time of rental, refundable upon vehicle return if no damages or violations occur.
- 7.2. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
- 7.3. In case of damages, the deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover repair costs.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 8.1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
- 8.2. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- 9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
- 9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
