Understanding these terms will ensure a smooth and transparent rental experience.
We take pride in offering a deposit-free rental service, allowing you to rent a car easily without any upfront financial burden. Our goal is to make car rental as simple, affordable, and convenient as possible. Please read through our terms carefully before booking your vehicle.
Eligibility & Documentation
To rent a vehicle from our company, the following conditions must be met:
The minimum age requirement for renting a car is 21 years old.
The renter must hold a valid driver’s license that has been active for at least 2 years before the rental date.
A passport or national ID is required for identity verification. This ensures the security of both the renter and the company.
If the renter is from a country where the driving license is not in Latin script, an International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required.
The renter must provide accurate personal details and contact information at the time of booking.
Payment
Full payment for the rental is required when picking up the vehicle. This ensures a smooth transaction and a hassle-free start to your rental period.
No deposit is required! Unlike most car rental services, we do not ask for a security deposit, making it easier for you to rent a car without tying up extra funds.
We accept various payment methods, including:
Cash
Credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Bank transfers (for corporate and long-term rentals)
Insurance & Liability
All rentals include basic insurance coverage (Collision Damage Waiver - CDW), which reduces the renter's financial responsibility in case of minor damage to the vehicle.
For greater protection, renters can opt for additional insurance coverage, including:
Full Coverage – Protects against damages beyond basic CDW.
Theft Protection Insurance – Covers losses in case of theft or attempted theft.
The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by the insurance policy, including but not limited to damages caused by negligence, reckless driving, or using the vehicle in an unauthorized manner.
Insurance & damage responsibility terms
I am responsible for any damage to the vehicle (scratches, dents, broken glass, lights, mirrors, lost keys, etc).
In case of major damage, I agree to participate in resolving the insurance claim with a 30% contribution of the total damage amount.
Fuel Policy
All rental vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel at the time of pick-up.
The renter is required to return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid additional refueling charges.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling service charge will apply based on the fuel amount needed to refill the tank.
Additional Drivers
The main renter is the only authorized driver unless additional drivers are registered.
If another person will be driving the vehicle, they must be listed in the rental agreement to be legally covered under the insurance.
Additional drivers can be added for a small daily fee.
The additional driver must meet the same age and driving license requirements as the primary renter.
Mileage Policy
Every rental includes a standard mileage limit, which varies depending on the selected vehicle category and rental duration.
If the renter exceeds the predefined mileage, an extra charge per kilometer will apply.
For those planning long-distance trips, we offer custom rental packages with increased mileage limits at competitive rates.
Vehicle Return
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed location and time stated in the rental contract.
Late returns may result in additional charges, as this may affect availability for other customers.
If a renter anticipates a delay in returning the vehicle, they should notify us in advance to arrange an extension (subject to availability).
Traffic Violations
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, parking tickets, or toll violations that occur during the rental period.
Any unpaid fines reported to our company after the rental period will be charged to the renter, along with an administrative processing fee.
Renters must follow all local traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving and avoid unnecessary penalties.
Accidents & Breakdowns
In case of an accident, the renter must:
Follow the procedures outlined in the insurance policy, including filing a police report if required.
Do not attempt to repair the vehicle without prior authorization.
If the vehicle **breaks down**, the renter must:
Stop driving immediately and ensure personal safety.
Contact our 24/7 roadside assistance to report the issue and receive instructions.
Depending on the severity of the issue, we will arrange vehicle repair, replacement, or towing.
** Any unauthorized repairs or modifications to the vehicle are not allowed. The renter may be held liable for damages caused by improper handling.
Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the rental start date.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up, a cancellation fee may apply.
If the renter fails to pick up the vehicle without prior notice (no-show), the full rental amount may be non-refundable.
Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
